I have the best clients!

It’s true! I really do. I get so emotionally invested in my clients, that usually by their wedding day I’m brought to tears at least four or five times. I can’t help it! I manage to hold it together and keep on shooting, but sheesh, sometimes it’s hard! haha!

A little package arrived in the mail from my amazing clients Jen and Matt recently and I just had to blog about it because it is the sweetest thing ever. They wrote me the kindest thank you note and sent it along with this ADORABLE little sundress and hat for our little babe on the way to thank me for shooting their wedding. (I also must mention that there was also a bag of Sour Patch Kids in the package, but they were not available for photographs because they were gone in about 20 minutes. Haha!) When I opened the package I was just speechless and so moved by what a sweet and thoughtful gift they sent me when I just feel so lucky to have them as my clients. They are quite possibly two of the kindest people I have ever met, and the fact that so soon after their wedding they thanked me in such a completely thoughtful way just blows my mind. Jen and Matt, you two are beyond amazing and I thank you SO much!!

How cute is this little outfit?!Untitled-1BLOG Btw, I have to say I LOVE babies in hats and Finley will be wearing a hat ALL THE TIME. Love it!

Have a wonderful holiday weekend everyone! After the wedding I’m second shooting tomorrow I’ll be spending mine down the shore for family reunion weekend! YAY! Happy Friday!!

Karen & Carl | Lehigh Valley Engagement Photographer

I know I always say I love my couples, but I really really really love Karen and Carl! The second I met Karen at our first meeting, I knew I just had to photograph their wedding. She and Carl are so down to earth and fun, and completely adorable together, they are my total ideal couple. I love driving home from a session and just thinking the whole time, “I totally want to hang out with them and make them go on couple dates with me and Mikey!”. And that’s totally what I was thinking the whole drive home from their engagement session. Of course, couple dates are going to have to wait until they move back from Iowa in a year, but I’m still banking on making it happen. Haha. ;)

These two were packing up to leave for their cross country move to Iowa the very next morning after their session, but they were completely relaxed and so much fun during our whole session. Here are just a few of my favs! _MG_8071kcBLOG_MG_8163kcBLOG_MG_8185kcBLOG_MG_8215kcBLOGUntitled-1BLOG_MG_8238kcBLOG_MG_8449kcBLOGUntitled-2BLOG_MG_8854kcBLOG_MG_8560kcBLOG

Katie & Jason | Conshohocken Engagement Photographer

Yesterday I met up with my fabulous friend Katie and her fiance Jason to shoot Round 3 of their engagement session extravaganza. (You can check out rounds 1 & 2 by clicking here and here.) These two are getting married this October and I’m SO excited to be in the wedding, it’s going to be such a blast! And Katie is going to be such a gorgeous bride, trust me, I’ve seen the dress and it’s pretty much incredible.

We spent the afternoon yesterday just sort of wandering around Conshohocken looking for some good photo spots. We started out by their house with the pups, Vi and Mac (Macaroni). They weren’t so interested in being in photos, but I managed to snag a couple cute ones. _MG_1586kjBLOGUntitled-1BLOGThen we stopped by the firehouse and the parking garage. I love finding random spots to shoot._MG_1739kjbwBLOGUntitled-2BLOG_MG_1843kjBLOG_MG_1870kjBLOGAt the end of the session, Katie suggested we go to this pretty field and I was loving it!_MG_2010kjBLOG_MG_2060kjBLOG_MG_2137kjBLOGOnly a few more months until the big day!! Amy & Bryan (preview) | Philadelphia Engagement Photographer

Yesterday morning I met up with Amy, Bryan and their dog Ribby to shoot their engagement session in Philly! Amy is an old friend of mine from elementary school, and I was so honored when she asked me to photograph her wedding day. It was so great seeing her again and getting to meet Bryan and Ribby! I’m SO excited for their wedding this October and can’t wait to share more photos from their session yesterday. Here is just a little sneak peek in the meantime! I included an extra one because the preview wouldn’t be complete without a shot of Ribby!_MG_1268baBLOG_MG_0367baBLOG

Amy & Aaron (preview) | Central Park Engagement Photography

Yesterday I met up with Amy and Aaron in Central Park in New York City to shoot their engagement session and it was such an amazing day! I had never been to Central Park before, but Amy and Aaron had all the best locations lined up for us to shoot at, it was just perfect. I had the best time spending the afternoon with these two, chatting and strolling around the park as we shot their session, it’s just so awesome getting to photograph two people as in love as they are. Here is just a little peek from yesterday!_MG_9967aaBLOG
