Allison & Otto – Emmaus Engagement Photography

These two are getting married in less than a month!! YAY! I feel like Allison and Otto are old friends. After spending the afternoon with them shooting their engagement session, it seriously felt like I’d known them all my life! I just felt so comfortable around them and had so much fun photographing them, they are completely adorable. It’s couples like these two that make me absolutely LOVE my job. I sooo can’t wait for their wedding next month!! Here are a few of my favs from their engagement session.IMG_4668aoBLOGIMG_4927aoBLOGIMG_5012aoBLOGIMG_4962aoBLOGIMG_4792aoBLOGIMG_4843aoBLOGIMG_4869aoBLOGIMG_5041aoBLOGIMG_5144aoBLOGIMG_5424aoBLOGI just had to end the post with the pups! Leah, Blake & Aniela – Perkasie Family Photography

I just wanted to post a couple more of this cutie-patootie family. We were lucky and did the session before all the leaves fell so I just love the colors in these. And how cute is that little Aniela? I could just eat her up!LeahBlog_3LeahBlog_2LeahBlog_1
Happy Friday!

Happy (belated) Birthday Derby!

Our little boy turned 1 year old yesterday! He’s becoming such a little furry man, we couldn’t be more proud. When we rescued Derbs, they didn’t actually have a birth date for him, just an approximate few months of when he might have been born. So it was up to us to select a birthday for him so we picked November 5th. Why November 5th you ask? Well we really like the movie V for Vendetta and we’re nerds like that.

So this morning, all I wanted was one handsome pup birthday picture. That’s all. I don’t fancy myself a pet photographer. (For this reason we are having the amazing April Ziegler work her magic with our little Derby dog in just a few weeks! I cannot wait!!). And Derby just did not want to cooperate (April definitely has her work cut out for her!). In the end I managed to snag one, but thought I would post a few of the outtakes along the way! I think my favorite is when he is blatantly looking away from the camera. HAPPY BIRTHDAY DERBY DOG!!DerbyBirthdayBlog_1

Nancy and Chris | Philadelphia Wedding Photography

These two are in love. You can see it in the way they just radiate happiness when they are around each other. I love it! They are such sweet people who are so full of life, I can’t imagine a more perfect match. Chris and Nancy’s wedding was held at the amazingIndependence Seaport Museum on Penn’s Landing in Philly. All day everyone kept an eye on the weather hoping the rain would clear up for the planned outdoor ceremony. There was a lot of back and forth, but at the last minute they were forced to set it up inside. While most brides would be devastated, Nancy just went with it and kept on smiling! Luckily the sun peaked out right after the ceremony so we were able to go outside for some portraits. Yay! Here are a few of my favs from Chris and Nancy’s fabulous wedding day!NancyChrisBlog_1NancyChrisBlog_2The girls walking from the hotel to the Museum in the rain.NancyChrisBlog_3NancyChrisBlog_4NancyChrisBlog_5I was so lucky to have Katie of Katie McMenamin Photography along with me for the day.
