Jill & Nate

I recently asked Jill if she would like to do some photos with me again for fun. I seriously think it’s so important to set up shoots just for fun every once in a while. It keeps me happy. Jill was totally game and asked if her boyfriend Nate could be in some of the photos too. The two of them are just so cute together, I can’t stand it. So here are just a few from our fun little session.

Winter

We have officially entered the part of the year I dislike the most, post-holidays winter. Blegh. It’s just cold and icky and I don’t like it. I am seriously ready for spring even though it’s like 3 friggid months away. Boo! But days like today, with softly falling snow when it’s all silent outside make it all OK. It’s the best just cuddling under the blanket with a cup of hot chocolate and watching the snow slowly accumulate out the window. Mmm. Yup. That I like.

So since I’m feeling in a wintery mood, I thought I would post another photo from my photoshoot for my sister Andrea’s bridal headpiece company, Anca Pe’elma, because I feel like the logs make it look all wintery and I like it. (I promise I’ll post the whole session soon!!) And if you feel like checking out Anca Pe’elma’s Etsy site here, you may see a certain someone (moi) modeling Andrea’s most recent beautiful headpiece creation. Happy Saturday!

Chris

Over the holidays, Mikey’s bff Chris came to stay with us for a couple of days. When Mikey had to go to into work for a half day the one morning, I coerced Chris into coming outside with me and being my model for some photos. Hehehe. He was really a sport, especially since it was FREEZING cold. Our mini-shoot only lasted about 20 minutes, but I’d say Chris has the modeling thing down pat! Here are just a couple.
