Friday night

So tonight I watched the weirdest movie ever with my brother. I had no idea what was going on, and I was hoping at some point I would get a clue, but nope. Nothing. Has anyone else seen Southland Tales? Can you pleeeease tell me what happened?

Anywho, I wanted to post this photo of Mikey because he looks oh so handsome in it. My parents bought a shore house earlier this year so we’ve been spending almost all of our free time down there and it has just been awesome! I’m hoping to do some fun wave photos in the future just for me so maybe I’ll post some.

Happy weekend!!

Alissa: Portrait

Alissa came down from Brooklyn to visit the other week, so of course we just had to do a portrait session! Here are just a few of my favorites from our fun day exploring broken down houses, trains and barns. :-)

Alissa Portrait: Sneak Peak!

I was going through the photos I took of Alissa recently and this one caught my eye so I thought I would post it as a wee little weekend sneak peak. :-) Hope everyone is having a great Saturday!!

Lindsay & Jack: Portrait

Lindsay and I became friends freshman year of college when she lived right across the hall from me and we would instant message each other as many smiley emoticons as possible to crack each other up. What can I say, we were freshman and we were bored. ;-)

I was so psyched when Lindz asked me to take some photos of her and her boyfriend Jack up in Pottsville where they live (Fun fact of the day: Pottsville is the home of the Yuengling brewery. Mmm). It’s a really cool area, Lindz is completely adorable and Katie and I were shooting together, so I knew it was going to be so fun! :-)

Lindsay and Jack are just perfect together. He adores her entirely, and I can just tell how happy she is. Here are just a few of my favorite images from our shoot (you may notice some different processing on a couple. I picked up a set of the Boutwell’s new Totally Rad Actions since everyone and their mom has been talking about them and decided to try them out. They are so fun!)

So if you’ve read the ‘About Me’ on my website, you would know that I have this strange ability to find 4 leaf clovers anytime, anywhere. It’s really kind of weird. I happened to randomly spot three of them out of the corner of my eye when I was shooting by this train and thought, what the heck! Might as well incorporate them. :-)

I think this might be my favorite:

And this last little series just cracked me up! They are so cute together!

Lindsay & Jack: sneak peak!

I am working on a full post of Lindsay & Jack’s photos for tomorrow, but in the meantime I thought I would post this one as a little sneak peak. :-) Happy Tuesday!!
